Fair HQ is excited to propose a Diversity Data collection pilot for EQT group’s selected portfolio companies.

This pilot will allow each portfolio company to quickly and compliantly collect diversity data through the self-ID of people holding positions on their Boards and C-suites. It will also provide the EQT group with an overview of aggregated data enriched by relevant benchmarks.

The goal is to set each company up for success and level their data maturity so they can start working towards EQT’s DEI Ambitions.

<aside> 📌 HOW FAIR HQ MAKES DEI DATA COLLECTION COMPLIANT

Fair HQ, as a third party, can compliantly collect sensitive information such as ethnicity from PortCo employees as we’re not their employer. This allows us to collect such info even in any European countries where employers are not allowed to collect such info.

We’re GDPR compliant, ICO certified and we have an expert UK & EU DPO to ensure we’re using the best practices when building our technology, storing and treating your company and your employees’ data. We’re inline with even the strictest local laws worldwide.

Demographic data collected safely

Reduce your risk and avoid the complex legal hustle:

  1. Fair HQ collects & securely stores the demographic data of employees directly with their consent.
  2. Each employee can skip or select “prefer not to say” to any questions.
  3. Identifiable data, such as names, is stored completely separately from survey data (such as ethnicity).
  4. Results are aggregated into groups of at least 5 people to protect individual identities.
  5. Each PortCo agrees with Fair HQ that we can compliantly report their data back to EQT. (DPA)
